Ordering

I am confused, how do I order a set of rental clubs?

Click on the type of clubs you would like to rent.  Select a delivery date by clicking the calendar icon to the right of “Delivery Date”.  This is the day we will schedule the arrival of your clubs.  Choose the Rental Duration.  For 1 day rentals, there is no increase in the charge.  For additional days, the increase is listed in parentheses in the drop-down box.  Choose any other options (if available) for the set you would like to rent.  Click the checkbox next to “Accept Terms and Conditions”.  Click “Rent this Item”.  That was pretty easy, wasn’t it?

 

Do you offer insurance for rented items in case of damage?

Insurance covers any excessive wear and tear during your rental. This coverage does not include theft or loss of clubs, head-covers, bag, or case.   Insurance is selected as an option during the order process. By default, no insurance is selected.

 

Payment

When will my credit card be charged?

We will authorize the charge and “reserve” the funds when you place the order.  Within 2 to 3 business days, earlier if it’s a last minute rental, we will charge the credit card for the order. 

 

Shipping, Signatures, etc.

Where should I have the clubs sent? 

You should have the clubs sent to a location where someone will be available to sign for the clubs.  This person can be you or someone you have told to expect the arrival of a package.  Please keep in mind if you are not present, you are still responsible for the clubs regardless of who signs for them.  For this reason, we advise that you have the clubs sent to a commercial location like a hotel where they are used to accepting packages on behalf of customers.  If you send to a golf course, we advise that you call them in advance and notify them of your intentions to gauge whether they will be willing and able to accept the shipment.  If you send to a residential address, someone must be present to accept the package.  If not, you will not receive your clubs in time and you will still be responsible for the rental charges.

 

When will I receive my clubs?

You will receive on or before the "Delivery Date" you chose during the order process.  We aim for them to arrive the day you designate as the "Delivery Date", but in some cases, if FedEx is ahead of schedule, they may arrive even earlier.  This makes it all the more important to have them shipped to a commercial address that will be staffed during normal business hours.

 

Why can’t I begin my rental in the next few business days? 

On our “Delivery Date” you will notice that you cannot select a date that is a weekend day or a date within 4 business days of today.  We do have the ability to process shipments to some locations in a much faster manner, often overnight.  To ensure proper processing of your expedited order, please call 1-877-611-0798.  We’ll tell you if we can do it and what additional fees will apply, if any.

 

Is a signature required? 

Yes, all shipments require a signature from the receiving party.  It does not have to be you, but you are still responsible for the clubs regardless of who signs for them.

 

How do I return the clubs?

Full instructions are included in each shipment.  In general, a pre-paid shipping label is included in the case with your clubs.  Simply put the label on the case and then choose from one of two return shipping options.  First, you can schedule a FedEx pickup if you have a commercial location that you can leave the clubs at.  Second, you can simply drop off the clubs at any FedEx Kinko’s location.  FedEx Kinko’s is the only option during the weekend since FedEx does not do pickups on Saturday or Sunday.

Are your rental clubs guaranteed to be genuine clubs?

Yes, we purchase directly from the manufacturers.  All clubs are in fine condition or better.  We thoroughly verify condition after every rental.  If you are dissatisfied in any way, please let us know.

 

Refunds, Cancellations

What is your cancellation policy?

Full refunds will be given if you call us 5 business days prior to the "Delivery Date".


A one day rental will be charged if you call less than 5 business days but prior to the shipping date.


The full rental fee will be charged if you cancel after the item has shipped.  Depending on where you shipped it to, we may need your assistance in contacting the shipping location to return the clubs.  In any event, you will be responsible for the clubs until they are returned to our shipping partner.

 

General Questions

What if I damage or lose a club, head cover, bag, or case?

We're confident you will treat our clubs as if they were your own.  Normal wear and tear is expected.  However we reserve the right to charge for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, including damage due to negligence, misuse, or abuse.  Purchasing insurance will alleviate charges due to damage.  Loss of any item will be charged to your credit card at rates no greater than the retail value of the item.

 

What if I want to rent for an amount of time not listed on the website?

Please call us to determine the feasibility of renting for a non-standard amount of time.  We will do our best to satisfy your request.
